Changing font color on specific page in stylesheet.

This is the UPS popup for my site:

I use a black background. Where do i edit JUST this page to have white font or what do i do so JUST this page has a white background?

In the css folder of your template there is a file called CSS_read_me.txt in which is explained (sort of) the method used to create a page-specific stylesheet. It's always a trick to figure out exactly what to name the stylesheet, but yours might need to be named popup_shipping_estimator.css. In it just put body {color: white;} and try it out.

I tried making a new stylesheet, no luck. I'm not very good with css, yet.

Is there anyway I can just change the background of this particular page with some sort of override code?

I cant even find a file where I can edit that page.
