When ever a customer selects "Continue" to go to the PayPal Express Checkout, PayPal Express sends them back and the customer sees the page reload. So the customer of course repeats pressing the continue button over and over. On my end, I receive an email from ZenCart each time PayPal rejects the transaction. Here is the contents of the email:


ALERT: PayPal Express Checkout Error (10736)
10736 Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code - A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.
