Shipping High for international?

I have my store set up to include priority mail international and it estimated $33 to go overseas (Germany) for 1 pound? It wasn't doing this before so I'm not sure. Did USPS change something from their API? I haven't changed anything on my end so i can't figure it out. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply! Well after going back and forth with the settings I figured out that the shipping options only are set for priority international only giving one option for shipping. This will not work because even when I enter in a 2lb package on the USPS website the priority mail options are limited showing high shipping costs. There was one more option I didn't have available which was "First-Class Mail® International Package" which I will now leave as the only option as it calculated about $20 going to the same address as opposed to $33. This is better and will work for me.

I hope this information might help someone else as the international stuff gets a bit tricky.
