I'm setting up zone shipping for my client. She has two rates (light/heavy) for the USA and two rates (light/heavy) for Canada.
The shipping table for the USA is this:
2:4.95,50:9.95
For Canada, it is this:
2:12.00,50:25.00
All the zone shipping settings are listed at the bottom of this post.
I know the weights in the tables don't make sense. It's okay - we're not using actual weights.
The problem is the highest rate for each country is displaying even when the total weight of the order is less than 2.
So if the order weighs 1, a shipping cost of $4.95 should be applied. (in the USA) Instead, ZenCart is giving it a rate of $9.95.
The Canadian rates are doing the same thing. Even for an order with a weight of 1, the shipping charge is $25.00.
Any idea what's up? Did I write my shipping table wrong?
I didn't make any zone definitions for these. ZenCart only asked for the ISO country code, so I used that instead of a defined zone.
Thanks,
Kim
