Front page Question

On the front page of my store layout, here is the link http://dnmwholesaleclocks.com/clock/store/
I would like to take out the image at the top which is blue and replace it. Yes I am new, Yes I have checked the faq and I cant seem to find my answer. It is not in the image files I think. I need some guidance on how to remove that blue image and replace it with the banner I have over top of it. I am not asking for someone to do it just guide me to where I can learn to take that image out. I am not fishing but I am asking for a little help. I know how zenners feel about fishing and I dont want to give that impression again. Most of the work has to be done on your own.

stevesh, that will work. 1 thing, I do not have a custom folder though. It is listed as classic, but never the less, I got the image changed I was asking about.
