For Lower 48 States -
Free Shipping (if order is over 25.00) - 0.00
Standard (3-5 Business Days) 4.99
2 Day Shipping (calculated) 19.99
Overnight Shipping - 24.99

If Alaska, Hawaii, FPO, APO -
Standard (3-5 Business Days) 9.95
2 Day Shipping - 25.00
Overnight Shipping - 35.00

If Canada -
Priority Mail - 14.99

Rest of world -
US Postal Priority Mail - 25.00

1 Make 4 Zones for what you need

2 Get the Static List shipping module from the Free Shipping Add Ons

Clone Static List 2 for Static List 3 and Static List 4 ... search on:
clone flat
clone item

to get an idea of how to clone shipping modules ...

I picked Static List 2 as it is easier to know to change all static2 to static3 and STATIC2 to STATIC3 ... etc. etc.

Set the number of Options in each Static List for how many settings you need ... edit the files and read inside to do this ...

NOTE: for the Free Shipping do not use the Static List ... use the Free Shopping Options freeoptions shipping module that comes with Zen Cart and add your Zone to it for the Lower 48 states and set it to Total >= 25.01

It might take a bit to configure all of these, but it is not difficult ...

Make at least 4 addresses to test the conditions of your shipping to ensure you have configured everything right ... and test further shipping by not being logged in and using the Shipping Estimator ...

How do you make a zone for APO, FPO addresses?
