My question to you is what is the -3 on your posted URL? That is not your site when you go to the link ...

Also, are you using some kind of rewrite in your .htaccess file?

What happens if you turn it off and try your site?

the -3 is for the weblink to redirect to my original website, I don't think that made the problem ! what do you mean by using rewrite in your .htaccess ? I didn't modify this file ! and how to turn that off ? By the way I have many of the .htaccess files on my website! should I turn them all off?

I was just referring to the top level .htaccess if you were doing rewrites on your site that might be controlling things ...

Yep... was just trying different things. That didn't make a difference..

It seems like that the zencart team is facing a major problem here!!

OK I fixed the login problem by replacing the tpl_login_default from my template_default folder to my custom template which enable me to login back to the test customer account but the problem is I still can't logout after logging in ! any ideas ?
