Weird problem. I've got v1.3.8 running on a small store and I want to create a new category. So I go to Catalog-->Categories/Products but I can't seem to find the New Category button anywhere. Just a New Product button. How can that be and how can I fix it?

Does the category you're in when looking for the New Categories button have products in it? You can't have both products and subcategories in a category.
