Default help with debug error report

I have lost my entire site, I have followed the instructions for the de bug error logging utility. I have the report from the /cache file, but its a bit beyond me. This all happened after I installed filezilla on another computer to make some changes and when I uploaded, lost everything.

    Can anyone help??? thank you

    What files did you upload?

have your check that the files exist on the root of your store folder?

I installed filezilla on a different machine, logged in with my normal login which retreived all my files, made a change to flexible attributes controller (then undid change) when I refreshed site all had gone. This was the only file I accessed and changed. The only thing I can think is that filezilla has overwritten something somehow, although it does seem odd.

I am not 100% sure where to look for these files from the debug report, I have looked in my directory which is t-shirts and in some of the folders, as far as I can see the includes/auto_loaders/config.core.php is there. I think I need to check it is the same as the original install one? does that sound correct.

Can you shed anymore light from the bug report?

I do have a full system back up from my cpanel but cannot do a restore from this, I need to break it all apart to find the right bits.

    I am so very confused

any advice would be most welcome

    thank you

your admin area works, that's why i was asking if you could check the root of your shop to make sure all the files are there

i would grab the downloaded zip file from zencart and decompress it to a spare folder,

then upload any files you have modified, so you are replacing with the original file back on the server, try not to alter your /includes/configure.php as this will already be setup - providing you have not renamed your folder or moved your site - you could give it a quick check to make sure it is ok

if you have been using a supplied template then that needs uploading too

The error messages are telling you that your /includes/auto_loaders/ folder doesn't exist.
So, either it doesn't exist or you've got permissions set on it so low that Apache/PHP aren't allowed to access it. You may need to engage your hosting company's tech support.

a very big thank you to all who helped us, we have managed to restore our site. It was the auto loaders folder in includes that was missing, thankfully we had done a very recent back up.

    Once again THANK YOU

now we are going to update to version 1.3.9, getting brave now
