Home Link image (logo.gif)

Hello! I've accidentally erased the Home logo (logo.gif) line from my CSS. I need to reinsert this line so that my own company logo appears in its stead. Where do I add this line? Also, how do I get rid of the ID "Powered by Zen Cart :: The art of ecommerce"?

I may be mistaken, but I don't remember the logo being in the stylesheet. The logo information should be contained in includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/header.php
