downloads in different formats

I set up my attributes for a download and this works but now I want to leave the customer the choice between different formats within one download.
e.g. for the download of an ebook I want to give the choice:
- between different files as e.g. PDF, MOBIPOCKET, EPUB
- within PDF files choice of format e.g. A4, 12x16 or 9x12

Do I have to set up new attributes or is there an ADD ON, if yes which one?

You have to set up the different options up as attributes yourself.
