adding new products?

I've done alot of reading on the forum and do have my homepage pretty well set. Now comes the time when I want to start adding products for sale. But I cannot seem to find a thread that I can understand. I wil include the link I am looking at but this is not what I want. https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=4
If anyone can direct me to another link that explains how to add products for sale please do so will ya.

If I understand, you want to add products to your store.

Admin - Catalog - Categories/Products - click New Category to get started.

got it steve, I figured it out and then I saw ur post. It is simple now. I feel like a fool in ways but u have to learn dont u? Thanks for not treating me like a fool U direct me a few times now. Got to go now it is bed time for me.
