I'm seeing this error w/CAPTCHA:

CAPTCHA Error: GD-Library does not support JPG. The CAPTCHA cannot be used!

I'm using XAMPP 1.7.3 on WinXP SP3

ZC 1.9.3.d

Anyone run into this issue?
