Simple SEO url and "1.39"?

Hi. i am looking for a way to install Simple Seo Url to Zen cart "1.3.9".
i went to their site.

and the admin says.

There is no need to install any "SEO modules".

Search engines prefer that you do NOT use URL re-writers, and Matt Cutts of Google search actually says that URL re-writers can do more harm than good.

You should be looking at these points instead.

Don't waste your time (or harm your site) by using SEO modules. They are not necessary.
