changing subject text on email confirmation

Whenever we get an order on line I receive an email confirmation outling the order information. the subject text arrives as such
"SEND_EXTRA_NEW_ORDERS_EMAILS_TO_SUBJECT Order Confirmation#.

I've located the actual text in the order.php file but cannot see how to change it to normal text (i.e. New order Email :confirmation #")
something like that. Also on the email copy there is suppose to be a pic but all that shows is a X. I believe that is the default Zen Cart welcome to zencart logo which I have already changed it on all other Documentation, again can't seem to find location in the order.php file.

There are other default texts that are in that order.php file which I assume will be the same fix as the one above IF there is such a fix.

That's also defined in includes/languages/english/email_extras.php. so you might check to see if that file is there/corrupted. If it's been edited, it would be in your override folder.

I replaced that file with one from my backup files of the zencart installed. Didn't seem to be altered but the new one was about 1000 bytes more. I'm still not sure what to change since the exact text as shown above doesn't exist in this file. I've attached the file for you to look at.
