Hi there! I've been struggling w/ either my host or something I've done in Zen that might have "broken" my site, so says my host... I am using GoDaddy right now and have only had this issue for the past... oh I would say 2 weeks.
Right now I've got:
E-Commerce Engine Copyright © 2003-2010 Zen Cart™
Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8
on website:
http://www.pimpmytagswithscraps.com/store
...going on. I've currently got IH2 installed (have for a long while, really enjoy it) and User Tracking Mod (which I would love to remove, but am not sure how, don't even think it was installed properly, it's kinda wonky and doesn't work right, I don't think)...
I've had 500 internal server errors all week here and there. Got my error report which now looks a lot like this:
[Mon Jul 5 10:07:09 2010] [error] [client 208.115.111.248] (104)Connection reset by peer: FastCGI: comm with server "/var/chroot/home/content/p/m/t/pmtws/html-x-httpd-php5" aborted: read failed

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong... I removed all my files in FTP like my host suggested... re-uploaded them back up, folder by folder properly. Things seemed to pick up pretty well, but customers are still contacting me with errors etc etc.
I've got a mapped header, checked files, everything seems in its proper place (though I'm not a code junkie, so I really wouldn't know if its in its PROPER place or not...). I haven't done anything to the store in the last 2 weeks that it's been giving errors based on my HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE, so I have no idea what to do. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated! I am consider switching hosts, but hate the idea of the daunting task (which we just went through about 6 or so months ago)...
Again... thank you whomever happens to reply to this... I appreciate it!
