I set up different downloadable file possibilities for one product with a checkbox in attributes because I would like to give the possiblity of downloading all possibilities while the customer can uncheck what he doesn't want.

But the checkboxes appear unchecked so that it can easily be forgotten to check what you need.

How can they be "checked" as default?

You could always mark one of the Attributes as the Default Attribute ...
