Catagory change

Hi all,

Didn't really know how to put this into the title

Basically on my website (www.purplepenguinbeads.co.uk) in the category column to the left, after some of category names there is "->" how do I get rid of this?

Admin>Configuration>Layout Setting>Categories Separator

You can change all the category separators here.
