Image handler2 and editing images

I am using:
Zencart - 1.3.9e
Image Handler2 - 2.0
PHP - 5.2.8
Apache - 2.2 with mod rewrite enabled.
Other Zencart modules - Ultimate SEO urls 2.109

Does image handler provide tools to crop images? I installed image handler and when I click on edit images in the image handler section it just takes me to the side box where I can upload new images. Is this how it behaves or something is wrong with my installation? I checked the debug and error logs and I see no error log info there.

IH2 is NOT a graphic editor

You will need to use a graphic editor seperately from ZenCart if your images require editing
