I've been emailed by various international customers that they are unable to checkout because they get an error stating 'You must select a shipping method.' However, the UPS module is not showing at all for them; It's the only method we use for international orders.
I've used a test address from Canada, and UPS shows 'Canada Standard' as the method. When I try an address from France, I can duplicate the customer error.
Anyone know what would cause this?![]()
