Attributes not showing lowest price after upgrade to 1.3.9d

I have been using ZenCart for over 5 years now and have been using attributes successfully since the beginning but since I built the new cart with 1.3.9d and upgraded the DB I am having a problem with a few products not showing the lowest priced option by default. It is recognizing the lower priced option and everything is correct when added to the cart but I would like it to work the way that it was designed. just remove the spaces and click on any item on that page to see what I mean www. needle jig. com/ index.php?main_page=index&cPath=32_54_95

Check which Attributes are included in the Base Price and make sure the lowest priced attribute is not set to NO ...

also make sure to set the product "Product Priced by Attributes:" to YES

Thanks Ajeh, I got it to work properly setting the item price equal to the lowest attribute and then setting the lowest attribute to + $0 and the other attributes to + the appropriate amount. I did not use to do it that way in the past. I could always set the item price to $0 and then each attribute to = whatever price I wanted total. Is there a reason that this is not working in the new version?
