Using version 1.3.8a
I have a product (downloadable) with 9 options.
In "Options Name Manager" they are ALL set as 'Dropdown'
Yet... they all appear as radio buttons.
What am I missing?

Just guessing but I suspect you have set this up with each as an option name.
What you need to do is set up one Option Name and then set up nine option values for that name.
