includes is a folder in the Zencart root (top) directory.

You'll need an FTP program like Filezilla (I use the FireFTP plugin for Firefox) to access your folders and files on your server.

Firebug is very useful for figuring out what CSS styling applies to each page element, and you need it, but the actual file editing will be done in a good text editor. I use Windows Notepad most of the time, and a free program called Notepad ++ when I need to see line numbers.

Your questions indicate a wider degree of "newbee-ness"...

It seems like you know very little about how websites (in general) are managed via programs like FTP and your Host Account C-Panel.

Managing any website requires the "webmaster" (newbee or not) to know a variety of procedures that control and configure content and functions on the host (remote) server.

There are many tutorials on the www that cover these issues and it would be a good idea to spend some time learning them. Many are "similar" to practices and procedures you may already be using on your home computer (copying and moving files, editing text, etc...)

You won't get sufficient help on these procedures on this forum, because it is aimed at dealing with zencart-specific issues. We have to assume that forum members have already acquired enough "webmaster" know-how when they join the forum...

... not a crime if you haven't - we all started from square one - but you will get far better advice and training at sites that are dedicated to these issues.
