Page alignment issue

I would like my pages to stay centered on the screen regardless of how big the window is. I have made the necessary adjustments to the logowrapper and it worked great but similar adjustments to the navwrapper and the rest of the page did not work. check out www.lamemefashion.ca/shop/ and stretch the window to see what im saying. Also when the screen is shrunk to the minimum the links and search bar in the wrappers below the header shift outside the wrappers and block other content. I would like to be able to center the links and search bar in the middle of the wrappers and not have them shift when the screen is reduced.
