Group pricing visible without logging in

Running group pricing.
i.e. retail price plus (If logged in) group 1 price = retail minus 10%....gorup 2 pricing is retail minus 25%

Question
How can I display retail, group 1, or even group 1 'and' group 2 pricing all the time.
Only upon login can customers order their goods under the price group they are attached too?

Any guidance appreciated.

The minimum requirement is to show the retail price and also show group one pricing....(Here is what you get if you are a member of XYZ)
Group two not so important....

In summary not logged in, but see retail and group 1 pricing.
group 1 pricing is shown as here is what you can get if you are...........
