issue with Java Script

I have been told that my website keeps trying to load the java script, but i have checked on many computers and different browsers and all seems ok, can someone take a look and makesure for me please that it is working right www.bellarico.co.uk

Whatever is supposed to load in the middle of the page doesn't, in either FF or IE here.

Firefox says: Error loading XML document

IE says: Webpage error details

Hi,

Thanks for that , what i can't understand is the are no error messages on my firefox or IE on any of my pc's, Do you know what might be causing the issue?

Have you cleared your browser(s) cache and tried again to try and reproduce what we're seeing ?

This seems pretty clear:

Access is denied to: http://bellarico.co.uk/js/ZC03C00317/iepngfix.htc

I don't know if that file is necessary, but the script doesn't have access to it - maybe check the permissions on that folder, or remove that part of the script.
