Site is formatted incorrectly in IE

Hello all, here goes another one.

My site formats incorrectly in IE7, please help.. I see that a there have been a lot of issues that are similar. I recently changed my css to be fixed, would that have caused the issue

You appear to have eliminated the 3 minimal tables of a default install making your template additionally "custom" that might require css only the crafter of the template would/should be aware of
