Needing a rollover button solution

I'm using the blank sidebox and I've made my own buttons. The only issue is I have no idea where to put the jscript or how to get them to work. Can someone please explain this to me or show me a thread that explains this?

Hard to answer without a bit more information but in general javascript can go in the page itself or in an external file.
