    Default FireFTP problem

When using a Linux server and FireFTP plugin in Firefox, I can easily open php files within Crimson Editor. However, after editing the file, I exit Crimson and elect to save changes. One computer I have does this perfectly; the changes are reflected on the website immediately. Another computer doesn't play nicely, though - when I exit Crimson on it, somehow contents of the php file get completely erased. Not just the edits; the entire contents of the file disappear and the file shows as 0 kb within FireFTP.
I have saved the file to my desktop, edited and saved, then upload and overwrite, and the result is the same.

Anyone else ever have this issue?

i use fire ftp as my prime FTP client
it happens some times thet stuff get mixed up or not transferred properly

check in the tool> options>download/upload tab in fire-ftp
make sure that automatic is selected
also make sure that the port is the right one for your account.
i think that the default is 21
    test the passive mode too

    Default FireFTP problem

When I using the Linux server and install Firefox to work with Linux then the Firefox automatically closed and system show a dialogue box with an error message. Just help me about the problem and tell me the problem is in my server or system? Please provide a URL related to troubleshooting to easily operate with Linux server. Thanks in advance.
