Hi, can anybody help me on setting up my product description page. I want the picture to appear in the middle of the page, instead of left-aligned. Then, I want the product description appear below the product image. Is it possible?

before modifying any of your file, you need to learn about Override and custom template . go to tutorial / faq and look for those information .
