    Default overwrite search_header.php doesn't work?

    Am'I doing something wrong?

    1. Create a new directory, includes/modules/sideboxes/{mytemplate}.
    2. Copy includes/modules/sideboxes/search_header.php to this new folder.
    3. Now, open the file includes/modules/sideboxes/packt/search_header.php in your favorite text editor.
    4. Modify the file to suit your needs.
    5. Save the file.

    And it's not work!

Should work. Check your folder/file permissions to make sure you'e actually uploading the edited file.

I'm working on windows, so there is no problems with file permissions.
