I tried searching Google and these forums. Couldn't find anything. I'm looking for a response email to the customer. For example: Thank you for contacting us, a representative will reply to your question within 24Hrs.
Something like that. Does this exist?

There's no mod for that I'm aware of, but if you set up an email address just for your Contact Us messages, you could set up an autoresponder on that.
