    Default Customer Invoice different to Admin Invoice

    Hi all,

    I have a strange error where the invoice in the admin area is completely different to the invoice that the customer receives by email.

    For some reason there are extra products on the admin invoice that the customer never ordered.

    Any ideas to the issue?

    I have replaced the invoice.php with the original one just incase the issue was due to any custom configuration.

    That's pretty vague, not enough to really offer any advice. Can you provide screenshots of the one invoice, admin and customer versions?

    Hi,

    Sorry - attached are some screenshots.

    In the email version, you can see the customer ordered 2 items and the total is correct.

    In the web invoice version, you can see extra products on the invoice and the total is incorrect.

    We have seen the same issue in previous orders on the site.

    Any help would be great!

    Are you sure the inverse isn't actually the case? Have you confirmed with the customer that they only ordered the 2 items in the email invoice, and not the 5 items you see in the admin?
