Max length for credit card.

I wanna limit max length to 16 for credit card field. In checkout_payment page.

any help regarding this is much appreciated..

on which checkout mod?

the static way to do it will be. to insert a "maxlength="16" to the code,
it will work fine and should be fairly ez to do
i cant tell you which file to edit if i do not see the page url
or know which payment you are referring too :)
