I have the newest Zen cart (Upgraded last week.) Today I got an order and noticed I had forgotten to size the company logo for the invoice and packing list, so I went in and changed the code as per the FAQs.

The dropdown menu and band across the top for the nav in all the admin pages disappeared. And on the Admin Home page all tables have gone MIA as well. The info is all still there, it's just one long column butting up to the left of the page. I replaced the includes/languages/english.php, invoice.php, and packingslip.php, the only three files I changed to the original unedited versions. No improvement.

I am assuming it has something to do with CSS and there is something broken in there, only I didn't touch that file. Can you tell me where to look and what I am looking for to get my admin home layout back?
