Drop down Menu

hey guys,

im currrently using the Zen Cart v1.3.8a/v1.3.8 with the applezen template. the template has drop down menus and i've been looking everywhere to edit those drop down menus, i want to delete a couple of links, does anyone have any clue on how thats done??
