Hello,
Client (beadsdirectusa.com) is running v.1.3.9.b. There are no checkout modules installed, except for the free shipping qualifier.
Client contacted me yesterday regarding an issue 2 of his clients are having. I have been unable to replicate this issue. Here is what his one client said:
"Hi, Something is wrong with your checkout. It’s asked me to login because I’m returning customer. When I logged in it cleared shopping cart and redirected me to home page. When I tried to add items back to shopping cart it asked me to login again. I tried to login and then add items or add items then login and checkout with PayPal but without any success. Let me know how I can order some items."
I have asked the client if he can find out what browser she is using, and ask her to clear out cookies from her site. Does anyone else have any ideas on what might be happening?
