PayPal Express checkout & Flat shipping rates

Hello!
To better explain my problem, I will provide the address of my store

Problems are as follows. I have Paypal Express Checkout set up for my store, but the problem is that PayPal express checkout button covered my store checkout button, because of that clients are unable to provide their information, and they also don't have a chance to select shipping method (which is not calculated because of this too :/) They can't use their discount codes if they have any.
If you did not understand something, just visit my store and add something to cart and you will see what I mean.

The second thing I would like to ask about is; How to make ZenCart use shipping rates profile from my PayPal account?

Your customers will be returned to your site after they login to PayPal. And then they'll be able to choose shipping options and enter coupon codes before confirming the final purchase amount.
It's all automatic.

You can't. It's not designed to do that. PayPal doesn't offer that option when the store is run in an advanced ecommerce system like Zen Cart.

Sorry, thay may be a dumb question. But how do they pay for shipping and be able to use coupon codes if they have to pay first?
Or this PayPal credit page just collects information and everything is calculated and payment confirmed after they choose a shipping method and discount codes?

When they login to PayPal, they are ONLY selecting where they're paying from. They are NOT actually making payment yet. They complete payment on YOUR site afterwards.
