I am using v1.3.9b. I am trying to change the template from the original green one, but am having problems as i am supposed to put the new template into the includes\templates folder which i do not have.
Do i have to make the folder myself? any help appreciated

doesnt matter guys i disconnected my ftp and the reconnected it and it was there... dont know what happened
