My question may sound stupid but I really don't know how to install a zencart template, I wanted to upload it on the web-site but I am scared to ######## up something. I checked out the tutorials > templates section but didn't found what I need. Can anybody help me please?

Most template zip files have installation instructions in the zip file.
What template are you trying to install ? Most of the free ones just require you to upload the 'includes' folder to the root (top directory) of your site.

In the case of that template, you would create a folder in includes/templates named ArkiTEC-HD Black and upload all the folders and files in the mod to that folder.
