My REAL website is missing?

I wasn't sure where to post this question, so I am posting it in this category.

Zen-Cart has just been installed in my website hosting as of 2 days ago, and everything was working great. However this morning I noticed that whenever I go to my website home page (http://www.hypnoticsubliminals.com), it goes straight to the shopping cart and not to my actual site. I don't want this.

Originally the shopping cart was only accessible via the subdomain http://shop.hypnoticsubliminals.com. What is going on here? I was tinkering around with my PayPal settings for the shopping cart before I noticed this problem. Would this have any effect, or is it a problem in my hosting directory?

I'm not educated enough in website jargon, so if someone could easily explain what to do to resolve this situation. I would really appreciate it!

P.S. If you click on the picture in the middle of the Zen-Cart homepage that says, "Skin Healing Hypnosis", it goes to my actual site, the one that I want to show up as my homepage.

It seems as though you have your main site and your Zen Cart in the same folder and most likely you had some form of redirect that pointed your URL ad the main site.

However that redirect has disappeared and so by default visitors to that URL now go to your index.php file, which is the way into your Zen Cart.

However, this is all a bit speculative. The only person who can answer the question is somebody who knows how your hosting account was set up and structured before. We can't even see how it is now (that's all on your web server), so can only make guesses.

I suggest that you consult with your web host, and ask them if they have made any changes recently (such as moving your account to a different server).

which may suggest that your webhost has reversed the priority of index.php and index.html, causing index.php (i.e. your Zen Cart) to start being found first. Have they performed any upgrades to your server's operating system?
