Display prices with tax

ver. 1.3.9d - I've seen in Admin->Configuration->My Store I have set the value Display Prices with Tax to true, and...

my prices are displaying WITHOUT tax. View the page with product and price here

note the price is listing Eur 12.61 which is the before tax price, the price I want displayed is the tax included price of EUR 15.

Any help?? It's irritating to toggle the correct admin switches and get no response....

oops. Had to abandon this, ran out of time, and just price the items in admin with the tax included, which means the customer does not get the break down in the total when checking out. Bit of a compromise.
