Larger image in small window

I found a few similar threads but no solution.

When you click on larger image, it comes up in a small window and does not adjust, no matter how long you wait. I've never had this problem. What's going wrong?

In case this is relevant, my additional images pop-ups are the correct size. Just the main image doesn't work.

What version of Zen Cart?

Is this a clean install or an upgrade?

Did you change anything in the file:
/includes/modules/pages/popup_images/jscript_main.php

NOTE: just a suggestion, but do not use spaces or special characters in filenames ...

Hi Ajeh,
It's 1.3.9b and I installed it with the original set of products a couple of months ago. The "larger images" are the correct size for the original product set. I'm now adding a new category of products, the images are much larger hence the problem.
I looked at the file you mentioned and it looks familiar so I may have meddled with it when I did the initial install.
Yes, the client provided the images with spaces in the filenames and I was too lazy to rename them. But would this cause the problem?

I tested this on v1.3.9c ... I do not have a v1.3.9b installed right now ... and your image works fine ...

I copied your image to my site and tried it and it filled the window as it should ...

Ajeh, thanks for your reply. I've been offline for a couple of days but back now and need to sort this out.
I re-uploaded a fresh copy of /includes/modules/pages/popup_images/jscript_main.php just in case I had messed it up, but it didn't make any difference. Shouldn't that window open up to the right size for the image? It does in my other sites, but I don't think I'm running 1.3.9b anywhere else.
