I'm curious. Elsewhere on the forum there are people complaining that Amex is hiking their transaction fee to 3.5%.
Why are you signing up to pay Eurcash 8-12% of every sale you make, when you can't even get timely tech support from them?
Hell, for that sort of rate I'd expect one of their engineers to swoop down in a private plane from their pyrenean mountain top base and do it for you.
