Minimum Order Add-On - How to Install

I've looked all over the place but still need help!

Is there a step-by-step guide on how to install the "Minimum Order" add-on as I don't fully understand the instructions which came with the addon.

I feel that the Minimum Order addon is more customer friendly than the "Low Order Fee" module (which I've already set up) because:

1. I can't fathom out how to or where to advise my customers that a low order fee will be applied.
   
2. The customer gets to checkout and suddenly finds that they've been hit with a "low order fee".

As you've probably already guessed, I'm new to all this so would really be grateful for any helpful advice you guys can offer me. In the right hands I'm a very quick learner and just want someone to point me in the right direction. Thanks

I'm using Zen Cart 1.3.9 if that's any use.

Using your FTP program, drag and drop the 'includes' folder in the mod to the root (top directory) of your store.

Open install.sql from the mod in a text editor, right-click and choose Select All to highlight the text and Copy it. Then Paste it into the box in Admin - Tools - Install SQL Patches and click Send.

Should do it.
