I have a newly installed version of ZenCart running right now, Zen Cart v1.3.9d/v1.3.9d , and am trying to configure my tare/weight for shipping module to most accurately represent what actually happens when I pack and ship an item.

Here's what REALITY ends up being

ITEM WEIGHT in LB - PACKED WEIGHT

.2 = .4lb
.4 = .8lb
.6 = 1.2 lb
.8 =1.6lb
1.0 = 2.0 lb
2.0 = 4.0 lb
3.0 = 5.0
4.0 = 6.0
5.0 = 8.0
6.0 = 9.0

Anything past that point is probably going to qualify for my "Free shipping over $100" offer, so it doesn't matter....

I am considering using the 100:0 because it is CLOSE to double the item weight on small, lightweight items (mostly shipping first class), and is only over-charging a small amount on larger parcels, which will help cover the cost of the packing box.

Thoughts?
