How to remove gap on header?

I have a gap on my header and can't figure out how to remove it. I looked in the header.php and didn't find anything weird on it. Any ideas?

Well I kinda fixed it, still have a little gap but not as bad as before.

Configuration > Layout Settings:
Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF: 0

Configuration > Layout Settings
Define Breadcrumb Status: Disable
