Made the change from #7 and now the store is back to operational again. The Zen Cart community is fantastic!!
Whenever a customer tries to place an order the shop cannot finalize their order and kicks them out from the process. Whenever this happens I get an alert (rather a few alerts) sent to my email with this message:
What's the problem?- (7) socket error: 111![]()
