Hey, y'all -

I'm having a peculiar problem that I'm hoping someone can help me resolve.

I installed Crafty Syntax Live Help on my site, and it works perfectly... but the sidebox is giving me a text link instead of the live help icon. The text link is entitled "Live Support", which is the title I set up for my support feature, but the link itself leads to my shopping cart.

I've spent hours digging through the forums, and haven't been able to find any references to the problem. I've also gone through the read me files and scripts with a fine tooth comb and haven't been able to identify anything that I've missed.

I pulled my department number and the ping reference from my html code generated by Crafty Syntax and plugged them into the tpl_craftysyntax_sidebox file, but I'm still getting the problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

I just can't figure out why the sidebox is linking to my shopping cart. I'm sure it's probably something totally simple that I just can't see because I'm standing too close to the problem.
