Can someone help me as I've lost my user name to lock in to my website for amendment. Request made is only able to have a password but not the user name together. How am I able solve this answer. At this moment, able to see the website store but unable to work on it.

Are you talking about the username to access the admin area of your store? Or the username to access the web-hosting control panel to manage your domain? Or the username to access the files on your server so you can upload changes/images/etc?

Yes, The user name to access the admin area of the store, I did changed but now unable to access the admin area, only able to request the password send back by my domain address account.

And then you need to figure out why it stopped working, including whether you've been hacked, remembering that v1.3.8a and older have some security vulnerabilities which , if not patched, can lead to getting hacked.
